Building Automation System Outages

To perform necessary maintenance actions or modifications, interruptions to BAS services must take place. All controllers should still be functional; however, the SCC (Systems Control Center) will be unable to monitor or control any of the building equipment remotely. During these periods we ask that you check your critical spaces periodically to ensure that they are maintaining the desired conditions. For issues, please contact the SCC.

   System: Metasys
   Outage Type: Scheduled
   Reason: Outage has been extended due to Download time for server has increased. As a Reminder: Metasys 14 upgrade attempt. Alternate date will be March 25th. During our last attempt, the failure occurred after approximately one hour, so we do not anticipate the downtime lasting for the full scheduled window. This will likely be our final attempt to upgrade to version 14. If the upgrade is unsuccessful again, we will plan to move forward with an upgrade to Metasys 15 or higher in early 2027.
