Building Automation System Outages
To perform necessary maintenance actions or modifications, interruptions to BAS services must take place. All controllers should still be functional; however, the SCC (Systems Control Center) will be unable to monitor or control any of the building equipment remotely. During these periods we ask that you check your critical spaces periodically to ensure that they are maintaining the desired conditions. For issues, please contact the SCC.

Reason: In preparation for an upgrade to Metasys 13, we will need several upgrades to the Metasys VMs. This outage is the first of two upgrades needed for server applications. The outage is scheduled to start at 6:00 a.m. and end at 8:00 a.m. At that time, Metasys SMP/MUI may not be available
