Operations is comprised of more than 500 employees who take great pride in supporting the University's distinctive residential culture by providing numerous services and support to the University community. Services include landscaping, custodial, recycling, OnBase - Document management system and building maintenance.
There are seven specialized divisions of Operations:

- Custodial Services
- Landscape
- Recycling
- Geospatial Engineering Services
- Automation Services
- Systems Control Center (includes Continuity of Operations)
