How to buy/receive surplus property
Office furniture and some general surplus items contained on the UVA ReUSE storefront can be requested at no charge except for a Facilities Management delivery fee. To request an item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note - items are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
General surplus items may be purchased online through Entrusted Auctions. Anyone, including staff and students, can view items at auction and register as a bidder. When purchasing for University use, a University Travel and Expense Card is the only acceptable payment method.
To become approved to receive donated items, submit the organization's name and contact information as well as documents proving the organization’s 501(c)(3) status to email@example.com.
