Contract Administration

The Contract Administration team manages the procurement of professional services, construction managers, and contractors for the academic area, the Health System and the University's College at Wise. We are responsible for issuing Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Architectural and Engineering Services (A/E), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) for construction managers and contractors. Projects include new construction and renovations for both the academic area and the Health System. We are also responsible for preparing and administering contracts, resulting from the issued RFQs, RFPs and IFBs.
