Facilities Management human resources needs are met by UVA HR, which provides services and support across the University, including Academic, Medical Center and University Physicians Group.

UVA HR is comprised of professionals across all HR disciplines, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and talent development. Designated HR business partners are a key resource to helping FM employees and managers navigate HR processes, programs and policies.

For assistance on routine matters, employees are encouraged to contact the HR Solution Center, which serves as a one-stop shop for benefits, payroll and other HR-related inquiries.
