Parking garage
Located just west of 400 Ray C. Hunt Drive, the Fontaine Parking Garage project, approved by the Board of Visitors in June 2022, will be one of the first projects constructed as part of the Fontaine Master Plan. The Fontaine Parking Garage will be a seven-story facility with 1,250 spaces for faculty and staff. The project also includes a landscaped pedestrian plaza and a transit stop for University Transit Service (UTS) buses along the entry road.
