Technology & Innovation

The mission of the Technology & Innovation department is to provide and support the necessary hardware and software for a highly integrated state-of-the-art office automation system and critical business applications in the Facilities Management organization. The department is comprised of four areas:

• IT Infrastructure
• IT Support (including Help Desk)
• Software Development/IT Project & Web Management
• User Experience and Engagement & Communications

Technology & Innovation goals are to:

• Maintain the highest level of network availability in a 24/7/365 operation
• Maintain state of the art technology security
• Provide quick and effective response to FM customers needing information technology assistance
• Develop use of new technology and applications to improve our operations
• Provide seamless interface with University systems
