Our services include full planning, design and construction support for renovation projects under $2 million and full construction services for projects over $2 million

Construction & Renovation Services provides design and construction services throughout the University, including academic and UVA Health facilities. Completed work is most visible in the Academical Village, where Construction & Renovation Services is the contractor of choice. The department’s portfolio includes the restoration of Pavilion II, IX and X, the Edgar Allen Poe room and student rooms on the Lawn and Ranges. Other projects include the renovation of McLeod Hall, Jordan Hall, Clinical Department Wing, and many other buildings across Grounds.

Construction & Renovation Services provides full range services for projects up to $8 million. Because the department is self-supporting, their prices are highly competitive with outside contractors, and the quality of Construction & Renovation Services' work is exceptional.
