Pipelines & Pathways Opportunities
UVA's Pipelines & Pathways is focused on helping individuals learn the basics for building their career and getting the tools needed to obtain their dream job or move into a new role at UVA. These workshops are targeted towards individuals with limited work experience in an or seeking an entry-level position. All workshops will be held virtually via Zoom and are free and open to the public. Job seekers may attend as many workshops as they'd like. Once a person registers, they will be emailed a Zoom meeting invitation link to access the workshop the day of the event.
The Facilities Management Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team helps FM employees find classes and conversational practice in languages in which they would like to increase their skills, including American Sign Language. The DEI team works with the individual to help them identify which learning program will benefit them the most.
