Facilities Management provides logistical support necessary for special events and the following services:

  • Moving
  • Permits*
  • Ramps
  • Sound systems
  • Stage equipment
  • Setup services
  • Steps

*Permit policies and forms for temporary structures, stages and amusement devices are located on the UVA Office of the Building Official's website.

Tables and chairs are not available for loan from Facilities Management. Contact the Facilities Management Customer Support Center at (434) 924-1777 for a list of rental vendors.
