The new and improved FM Rewards & Recognition application launched last month

The Facilities Management Rewards & Recognition application webpage was recently updated to include numerous improvements.

The updated application was launched last month with the following enhancements made in partnership with Finance, Technology & Information and the FM Inclusive Excellence Climate and Intergroup Relations Team.

  • The nomination categories will be simplified to: above and beyond, professional achievement, or special project.
  • Nominators will receive an email if the nomination is approved or not approved.
  • If a nomination is approved, the awardee and supervisory chain will receive an email notification. This notification will include the dollar amount (if applicable) and all comments entered throughout the nomination process. The email notification replaces the summary sheets that were previously distributed when a reward was issued.
  • Associate Directors and Directors will be responsible for determining the dollar amount associated with a monetary award.
