Hunter Byram: I would like to say how appreciative I am over Hunter Byram's quick response to the Interventional Radiology at UVA Health. In order to get to our room, he had to dress in a “bunny suit,” then when he arrived at our room, we had three active procedures going on, we had to walk through one procedure to get to the closet with the electrical box he needed to evaluate. He was quiet and respectful while moving through the room. He evaluated the situation with the power supply for our CT scanner. His expertise and knowledge were extremely helpful in figuring out our issue. I was able to talk with our CT repairman with the information that Hunter provided and lead us to the solution. I verbally thanked Hunter and he was very humble about just doing his job. I wanted you to know how much his quick response meant to our patient care, his expertise and professionalism was beyond our aspire values and because of the way he did do his job, my staff could do theirs. Together outstanding patient care was able to get done today without rescheduling any patients with a great team approach. – Robert Growden, UVA Health Interventional Radiology
