Apprenticeship Job Fair

The UVA Apprenticeship Program's upcoming application period will take place mid-March through April 30.
The program will host its annual Apprenticeship Job Fair this year on Wednesday, April 10 at Alumni Hall, 221 Emmet St. South in Charlottesville, in a new two session format:
- Public Job Fair — 9-11 a.m., Wednesday, April 10 at Alumni Hall: This session will be open to the public and feature representatives from the UVA Apprenticeship Program as well as other local employers and workforce services programs.
- In-House Job Fair — 12-2 p.m., Wednesday, April 10 at Alumni Hall: this session is open to UVA employees only and will provide information about open positions at FM, opportunities to get paid while you train, language learning resources, as well as representatives from FEAP and UVA HR.
Employees must have their supervisor's permission to attend either session if during work hours. If you are unable to attend, email FM-Training@virginia.edu for resources.
The UVA Facilities Management Apprenticeship Program application will be posted online through UVA Workday. Applicants already employed by UVA should find the application through their existing Workday profile. Onboarding and orientation for Apprenticeship new hires will take place July 15-23, 2024. Join the Apprenticeship Program email list to receive an alert when the application is posted.
