One login at FM project

Once complete, FM employees will use their UVA Office 365/NetBadge password to access most FM systems
An ongoing project will convert most Facilities Management IT systems to use one login.
Once complete, FM employees will use their UVA Office 365/NetBadge password to access most FM systems, including computer workstations, AiM and the FM Intranet. This change aims to support employees by reducing the number of different passwords they must use at work.
- Transition to one login at FM project complete by December 31, 2023:
- June 2023: Individual teams will begin transitioning FM workstation logins
- July and August 2023: FM Intranet login change and AiM login change
Specific dates of each transition will be communicated by email prior to each update. In May, the SysAid Admin Portal login process was updated to start using the UVA Office 365/NetBadge password.
