Uniform Survey

Facilities Management staff asked to provide feedback about their uniforms

Please share your feedback in this anonymous FM Uniform Feedback Survey.

The survey was developed by the FM Uniform Feedback Task Force, which includes 20 representatives from different teams across the department. The task force was launched in March 2023 with the goal of gathering feedback from FM employees regarding FM uniforms to help inform the uniform process, selections, communication and practices.

The anonymous survey — which will run from Monday, Sept. 18 through Friday, Oct. 13 — includes nine questions and can be completed on a mobile device or computer. A link to the survey was shared by email with all Facilities Management employees and FM Uniform Feedback Task Force members will also share it with their teams during upcoming meetings during the month of September and early October.

The survey will be available in English, Spanish, French, Nepali, Swahili and Turkish.
