Managers to schedule annual evaluation meetings

The 2021 annual evaluation process is underway for employees and managers to highlight this year's accomplishments. Please refer to the timelines listed below, one for University Staff and one for Classified Staff.

Jan. 14 was the due date for employees to complete their self-evaluations. Staff members are asked to prioritize completing this annual requirement as soon as possible.

University Staff - Narrative Review timeline

  • Feb. 25: Managers complete and submit evaluations on their employees - any notes from check-ins which occurred during the year should be uploaded into the Workday system.
  • March 11: Manager conducts one-on-one meetings with employees and submits acknowledgments in Workday.
  • March 18: Employee acknowledgments submitted in Workday.

Classified Staff - Traditional Review timeline

  • Feb. 11: Managers complete and submit evaluations.
  • Feb. 25: Secondary Reviewer/Approvers review and approve evaluations.
  • March 11: Manager conducts one-on-one meetings with employees and submits acknowledgments in Workday.
  • March 18: Employee acknowledgments submitted in Workday.
