Performance review process

December 17, 2021

The 2021 year-end reviews have launched

The 2021 year-end performance reviews have launched in Workday for employees and managers to highlight this year’s accomplishments. Please refer to the processes below, one for University Staff and one Classified Staff.

  • University Staff will utilize an abbreviated, narrative review similar to last year. Employees will compose their self-assessments and meet with their manager to discuss their accomplishments. There is a single, overall rating and no reviewer; rather the process ends after the manager has composed the assessment and conducted a one-on-one meeting with the employee.
  • Classified Staff will follow the traditional review process, assessing and rating individual goals, and routing to a reviewer for input.
