  • Jim Comer, zone maintenance supervisor: I just wanted to send a quick note about the recent [emergency power outage that occurred in the McCormick Zone]…Jim Comer is amazing. He doesn’t have to care like he does, and he doesn’t have to be as open and communicative with us as he is. Everything went off without a hitch and the couple issues that popped up…he immediately fixed. He was constantly in contact with Lori, and they worked incredibly fast yesterday to rewire us so we are now totally good. And it’s also the little things. He talks to Lori and I like human beings…he respects me, and I respect him. Lori’s plan was to stay all day so that she could be there when the transfer back happened. But Jim told her to go home because it would be a few more hours. He could have easily made her wait. But instead, he worked with her schedule and did it the following morning.
