Professional Accomplishments

The UVA Facilities Management Fleet was recently recognized with an honorable mention in the “100 Best Fleets in the Americas” awards. The program recognizes peak-performing fleet operations within the public fleet industry based on multiple criteria including accountability, use of technology, collaboration and resources stewardship. “There are over 3,600 organized fleets, and to be one of the 140 or so mentioned is an honor,” said Transportation Operations and Fleet Manager Mike Duffy.
