Our organizational structure

Our team is organized within FM Capital Construction & Renovation (CC&R). Within this organization, we have strong bonds with the Project Management team and the Construction & Renovations Services team. Our unique relationships and consistent accessibility provide ample opportunity for projects to be completed within budget and on schedule.

Our external partners

Depending on the scale and complexity of projects, our team often engages numerous consultants when necessary to bring in additional expertise. These partnerships have been developed over many years and have led to many successful project completions. Partnerships include, but are not limited to, architects, specialty planners, interior designers, engineers, and other specialties typically on UVA's term contract list for Professional Services.
