The set is filed in the Review drawing storage rack and held until UBO gives comments to the A/E firm or 1 week after review comments are due (which ever is later). The set is then returned to the Project Manager.

The set is filed in the Review drawing storage rack and held until UBO gives comments to the A/E firm or 1 week after review comments are due (which ever is later). At this point the set is scanned and stored on CD-ROM and filed in the archives. The set is then returned to the Project Manager.

The set is filed in the Review drawing storage rack and held until UBO gives comments to the A/E firm or 1 week after review comments are due (which ever is later). The set is then returned to the Project Manager.

The set is scanned and stored on CD-ROM and filed in the archives; electronic files may be submitted. The Project Manager is responsible for transmitting all addenda to the Resource Center. The paper copy is returned to the Project Manager unless FM maintenance crews may require it between initial occupancy and when the Record Documents are submitted.

The set is scanned, assigned a barcode identifier and is filed in the archives** in electronic format on a CD-ROM and as a hard copy. Microfilming of capital projects is no longer necessary. Paper copy of the bid set is recycled if held. 

**Any Record information that is submitted for the Medical Center (MCPP) will be sent to the Medical Center Resource Center after it has been bar-coded, scanned and added to the master database.
