The paper copy is returned to the Project Manager unless FM maintenance crews may require it between initial occupancy and when the Record Documents are submitted. |

in electronic format on a CD-ROM and as a hard copy. Microfilming of capital projects is no longer necessary. Paper copy of the bid set is recycled if held.
