The new addition to the Printing & Copying Services Building will add approximately 15,000 square feet to the south side of the existing facility at 2474 Old Ivy Road. The majority of the addition will accommodate open,
warehouse space, allowing for flexibility in operations in the present and the future. This addition will be used primarily for mail production, paper and materials storage and copy production and will receive abundant natural
light from skylights above. Site improvements include new parking for employees and visitors and a loop access road with efficient tractor trailer truck access with a loading area at the west side.

At a projected cost of $3.3 million, the printing and copying services addition project is expected to be completed in May 2009.
