UVA FACILITY DESIGN GUIDELINES

The University of Virginia Facility Design Guidelines, 9th edition, has been posted below and becomes effective on September 17, 2012. Application will be consistent with CPSM clause 700A.3.1 and the HECOM clause 7A.1.3.1 under the "code implementation" section.

The Facility Design Guidelines were updated to reflect changes in University policy and incorporate suggestions from University of Virginia personnel and clients. A summary of the significant changes are posted in Adobe Acrobat PDF format below.
