The November 2004, 7th edition of the University of Virginia
Facilities Design Guidelines are now ready and become effective on all projects as of
December 1, 2004. Application will be consistent with CPSM clause 700A.3.1 and
the HECOM clause 7A.1.3.1 under the "code implementation" section.

The 2002
Facilities Design Guidelines were updated to reflect changes in University
policy, experience and your suggestions. The new 2004 guidelines have been posted in a
single Adobe Acrobat PDF file (the "Complete Facilities Design Guidelines" link below) as well as in
separate PDF files for each section, along with separate AutoCAD DWG and PDF files for each
figure or drawing within those sections that include them.
(The PDF formatted files are recommended for those not using AutoCAD where
both DWG and PDF are available).
