UBO DOCUMENT REVIEW REQUIREMENTS
When submitting documents for review, the number of documents provided to the
University Review Unit should be as follows:

Contract Documents |

3 sets of documents* minimum, 1 full-sized, 2 half-sized |
Calculations to be submitted with contract documents, only require two (2) copies unless
they are multiple discipline calculations in one biding. In the case of combined
disciplines the number of copies shall be the number of discipline calculations plus one
(1).
*Documents include Drawings and either Specifications or Narrative. Drawings 24" x 36"
or less can all be full size.
Submissions of less than the above number of copies are subject to delay in being logged
in for review (and thus possible delay in reviews).
This information will be updated in HECOM and/or other website based information, but is
subject to change.
GEOSPATIAL RESOURCE CENTER DOCUMENT REVIEW REQUIREMENTS
Please provide the digital files of documents to be reviewed to T&N Printing and the
Geospatial Resource Center. T&N will provide prints, and the Geospatial Resource Center will send the Review
Announcement with links to the PDF files of the documents to the wider reviewing
community.
HSPP DOCUMENT REVIEW REQUIREMENTS
HSPP requires additional review sets for Health System projects. For each review, submissions
should include 1 full-sized and 1 half-sized set, and 2 spec books (when applicable) to be delivered
to Davis Wing, Room 1312.
SWM and E&SC
Kristin Carter typically can perform her review on screen. She requests that you check
with her for the number and size of copies needed.
