In an effort to advertise our construction projects to the widest potential audience of
contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and specialists, the University of Virginia has
contracted with T&N Printing in Charlottesville, VA to host an on-line plan room.
The ability to review the scope of our projects at no cost will hopefully
help you decide which of them you would like to supply a bid on. Please note that on
most of our large projects, the University is contracting with a contractor or
construction management firm, and so, your bid will be to those firm(s). Each project
will delineate who is accepting bids, every project will have a Read Me tab that
will provide a project oversight for sub-contractors and suppliers.

You can visit the University’s on-line plan room without
registering and review the drawings, but you will not be able to order a set
of drawings on-line. Unregistered plan room users, click-on
www.oceplancenter.com
and use BuildUVA as your Username and BuildUVA as your Password
(NOTE: Each of these are case sensitive and must be typed exactly as shown).

T&N Printing in Charlottesville, VA hosts the University’s
on-line plan room and will assist your registration. You may contact them by
calling 434-971-8976 (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 9am-noon), or e-mail
t-n@cstone.net. Once you are registered
you may order printed copies of the drawings 24 hours a day. They can be held for
your pick-up, delivered to your office in Charlottesville (check with T&N about
their delivery zone), or shipped to you. It will also allow us to notify
you of new University projects coming to the bid stage.
