Health System Physical Plant HVAC

The University's Rewards and Recognition Policy is designed to encourage classified employees and University staff to make a performance difference either individually or through teams.

The policy recognizes achievements or accomplishments that contribute to the overall objectives of the University through monetary and non-monetary awards.

In conjunction with the University’s policy, Facilities Management created the Employee Rewards and Recognition Policy (Directive 135C), which provides specific direction for FM employees who wish to nominate a colleague.

For all awards, this program is your opportunity to tell other people about your coworkers' outstanding accomplishments for customers, colleagues, and the community-at-large, and to ensure that those efforts are recognized.

If you know of someone that has accomplished something special, fill in the Facilities Management Employee Recognition Award Nomination Form and send it to the nominated employee’s supervisor.

Completed forms will be forwarded to FM Human Resources & Training. Nominees will be considered for a Certificate of Recognition and may be eligible to receive a monetary award and/or recognition leave.

For all awards, and contingent upon the Director’s approval, FM Human Resources & Training will prepare the appropriate forms to be forwarded to University Human Resources.
