Employee Separation

When It Is Time To Leave

While we hope you have a long and rewarding career with Facilities Management, if you plan to leave your current position for any reason please communicate with your supervisor and FM Human Resources & Training.

Reasons that you may decide to make such a change include promotion, transfer, retirement or leaving the University.

What you are required to do depends on:

Your Job Classification

  • Are you University Staff?
  • Are you Faculty?
  • Are you Classified Staff?

Where You Go Next

  • Are you moving to another job within Facilities Management?
  • Are you taking a job in another University department?
  • Are you taking a job outside of the University?
  • Are you taking a job in another State agency?
  • Are you retiring?
Please contact UHR at 982-0123 for information on how your separation impacts your benefits and for the options available to you.
